Our Session: Prior to our time together, I will channel wisdom from your Higher Self for two questions you submitted for guidance; emotional, physical &/or spiritual, an Energetic Body Map reflecting information for each energy portal/chakra, shared in our session. The rebalancing, soul coding, activation and healing portion will be 10 – 15 minutes, completing our time together.  All will support the merging of soul and human self, amplifying your frequency, information may also present from past lives and loved ones. Transmissions and activations are profoud, helping to create powerful shifts that can be life changing. Messages with Energetic Body Map are 4 plus typewritten pages, PDF copy forwarded and session can be recorded.

Please Note: The Guidance and Healing 60 Minute Session composition is the same as the 75 Minute, except the Energetic Body Map is not included. It is not essential to have an EBM channelled for each session. If you would prefer to have more guidance and integration support, the 60 minute session  as a follow-up to the initial 75 Minute, would be recommended.  Healing/soul coding/acitivation will still be a part of this session.
